• Engagement Data: PAN, GSTIN, TAN, corporate identity proofs, financial bank statements, bookkeeping records, and allied documents collected upon formal engagement.

2. Legal Basis & Mandatory Third-Party Data Sharing

By submitting your details online, corresponding with us via email, or handing over documentation in person, you grant explicit, unconditional consent to Numexiss Advisory to process and share your personal and financial data to execute compliance and advisory tasks. To fulfill Indian statutory obligations, we explicitly share your data with trusted, outsourced third-party professionals, including:

• Chartered Accountants (CAs) for executing Tax Audit filings, Form 15CB NRI certifications, and formal tax opinions.
• Company Secretaries (CSs) or CAs for drafting incorporation papers, corporate registrations, and corporate legal compliance consultations.

All such third-party professionals are bound by strict professional confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any unauthorized marketing purposes.

3. Data Protection & Structural Security

We implement robust electronic encryption, secure servers, firewalls, and physical security controls to protect your sensitive financial records from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or data breaches. While we practice strict security protocols, no transmission over the internet, email, or physical storage can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

4. Statutory & Government Disclosures

We never sell, trade, or rent user data to third-party marketing networks. Your data will only be disclosed to government regulatory bodies (such as the Income Tax Department, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and GST Network) strictly to execute the regulatory filings you have instructed us to perform via email or written agreement.

5. Data Retention and Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
